Guest posts are a fantastic way for website owners to expand their readership and promote their site. They’re also great for budding writers to develop a portfolio, or for those just wanting to write something about their experiences.
At Strange Lands we do accept guest posts, however, unless the guest post is exceptional they will not be published on the front page of the blog. They will be added to the ‘Your Ideas’ section. Nonetheless you will still get 2 links back to your site for the lifetime of this blog.
If you wish to write a guest post of a commercial nature (i.e. promoting products or a site) then please contact us to see if this is suitable.
Post guidelines
- The article must be unique (not found any where else on the web).
- You must be the author of the article or have permission to distribute it.
- The article must be at least 300 words long.
- The article must contain 1 picture that is free to the public domain, or you have the rights to distribute it.
- You can include a link in a short bio at the bottom of your article.
- Corporate posts may also include one link in the article.
