As we’ve mentioned before, Rachel and I both have good relationships with our co-teachers. Other people aren’t so fortunate. I don’t want to put a dampener on the idea of teaching in Korea, especially since our recent poll has produced such promising results, but I think it is important to manage your expectations correctly before coming here. Poorly formed/unrealistic expectations can cause serious problems sometimes. So I thought I’d try and balance the equation slightly by referring you to a blog post I read recently documenting the darker side of co-teaching.
